User Accounts and Registration

Product Purchases and Payment

Warranty and Returns

Our warranty and return policies:

• 2-year comprehensive warranty on all hardware products

• 30-day return policy for unused products in original packaging

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures

• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or accidents

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VeloMap and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service.
